小曹整理一些最近傳的沸沸揚(yáng)揚(yáng)的21號(hào)驅(qū)逐逾期逗留外國(guó)人簽證問題的一些大家比較關(guān)心的問與答，希望對(duì)各位有用（順便大膽猜想一下，馬來(lái)西亞最近確診遲遲不能控制不知是否受了印度的影響，因?yàn)橛《纫咔橐呀?jīng)完全失控，且印度裔馬來(lái)西亞人打斷筋骨連著根的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)，可能很多確診案例在遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不斷的非法入境馬來(lái)西亞也說(shuō)不定，所以各位身邊印度人多的還是得預(yù)防一些比較好）。

Can a foreigner [whose social visit passes have expired] stay in Malaysia after 21st April 2021?

問題一，4月21號(hào)之后social pass逾期逗留外國(guó)人還能否呆在馬來(lái)西亞？

Answer:

No, it is not allowed. Foreigners who are still stranded in Malaysia on 21st April 2021 need to apply for a Special Pass to extend their stay here. Appointments need to be made online through our STO system before coming to the nearest Immigration office. All foreigners who had overstayed from 1st January 2020 until 21st April 2021 may leave the country before 22nd April 2021 without obtaining a Special Pass from the Immigration Department of Malaysia.從20年1月21號(hào)入境一直逾期到現(xiàn)在的人群可以在不申請(qǐng)SP的前提下在22號(hào)也就是明天之前離境，政策是這么出，但是具體你還是要致電移民局問清楚比較好，畢竟馬來(lái)西亞各部門有時(shí)候的溝通步調(diào)還是不那么清晰明了，需要我們多多探知，還有需要注意的是以前有不好記錄在護(hù)照上顯示的，買關(guān)的，黑名單的，假工簽的，假蓋章的能不能在出境時(shí)被刁難被扣留小曹還真不好說(shuō)，自己把握吧。
